William W. (Bill) Kerr
Mr. Kerr has had more than 25 years of environmental
experience across Florida involving all aspects of development,
permitting, mitigation, and conservation. Mr. Kerr is the President
and owner of BKI, Inc - Consulting Ecologists. Mr. Kerr has served
on the board of many local, state, and federal organizations,
including the East Central Florida Regional Planning Council,
Chairman of the East Central Florida Marine Resource Council,
Citizen Chair for the Indian River Lagoon National Estuary Programs,
and Chairman of the Brevard County Land Banking and Critical Habitat
Ad Hoc Committee. Most importantly, Mr. Kerr was appointed by
the Governor of Florida to serve on the St. John’s River
Water Management District Governing Board from April 1999 to May
2008, and he served as Chairman from November 1999 to November
2001. Mr. Kerr is a 4th generation Floridian whose family has
been involved with drainage and irrigation engineering in the
region since 1937. He has owned and operated an environmental
firm in Florida for over 25 years and is one of the founding partners
of NeoVerde, LLC. Mr. Kerr’s key network of relationships
within private, government, environmental, conservation, planning
and oversight organizations give him a unique basis for the permitting
and management of environmentally sensitive lands. He is also
actively involved in all forms of land management, conservation
and land preservation across the region. Mr. Kerr earned a Bachelor
of Science in Biology from Stetson University in Deland, Florida.
Mr. Kerr is married with two sons.
Bryan H. Corrigan
Mr. Corrigan has had 10 years of real estate
experience and has directly acquired, refinanced, managed, or
sold over $1.5 billion of real estate assets. Mr. Corrigan has
been involved in the formation and permitting of one of the largest
mitigation banks in Florida on his family’s cattle ranch
near Vero Beach. Mr. Corrigan has been a partner of ValQuest Equity
Partners in Dallas, Texas for the last 3 years and is a founding
partner of NeoVerde, LLC. Mr. Corrigan earned a Bachelor of Business
Administration from the University of Texas at Austin in 1999
and a Master of Business Administration from the Fuqua School
of Business in 2006. Mr. Corrigan is married with a son.
William P. Huckin
Mr. Huckin has had 8 years of real estate experience
in finance, acquisition, leasing and operational management of
over $100 million of assets. Mr. Huckin founded his own marketing
firm with operations in the United States and China and recently
sold the company before founding NeoVerde, LLC with Mr. Corrigan
and Mr. Kerr. Mr. Huckin also has more than 4 years of private
equity experience in oil and gas, real estate, venture capital,
and debt portfolio management. Mr. Huckin earned his Bachelor
of Science from the University of Texas at Austin in 2000 and
Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University
in 2006. Mr. Huckin is married with a daughter.
